Sen no Yado is an entire-home rental just 7 minutes by car
from Nagashima Spaland and 30 minutes from Nagoya.
This is a compact 62㎡ / 3-bedroom Japanese home — warm and intimate rather than spacious. International guests in particular may find the space smaller than expected, as this reflects the size of a typical Japanese residential house. Please keep this in mind when booking. That said, the home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
As an entirely private rental, the space is all yours — no shared areas, no other guests. Families can relax and enjoy their own private time together. A baby cot and baby chair are always on-site, and Nagashima, Nabana no Sato, and LEGOLAND are all just minutes away by car.

Quiet residential area — please be mindful of noise
Sen no Yado is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors after 21:00.
Conversations outside the entrance must end by 21:00. In the event of noise complaints from neighbours, you may be asked to vacate the premises.
On the bright side, this peaceful setting means a truly relaxing stay — a calm and welcoming environment ideal for families with young children.
House Rules
- Strictly no smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). Outdoor smoking permitted (quietly, until 21:00).
- Please keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors after 21:00.
- Conversations outside the entrance must end by 21:00.
- No pets allowed.
- Please sort your rubbish as indicated on the bins.
- You may be charged for any damage or soiling to furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
- A ¥50,000 cleaning fee will be charged if vomit is found after party or heavy drinking use.
- An additional ¥10,000 per unregistered guest will be charged if more guests are found than declared (monitored by entrance security camera).
- No housekeeping during your stay. For multi-night stays, please wash towels and sheets yourself using the provided washing machine.
- Leaving large items such as suitcases will incur a ¥10,000 disposal fee.
- Forgotten items can be returned by post at the recipient's expense only.
- If you log into any streaming service on the TV, please log out before check-out.
